What we collect

When you book a table through our reservation partner, we receive your name, email, phone, party size, and any notes you have left for us (allergies, occasions, accessibility). When you email us directly, we keep the email thread.

We do not run analytics on this site. We do not run advertising trackers. The site does not set cookies of its own; the embedded Google map sets a Google cookie if you interact with it.

What we do with it

We use your information to seat you, contact you about the reservation, and (with your permission only) add you to a once-a-quarter newsletter when seasonal menus change. That is the entire list.

Who we share with

Our reservation partner, our email provider, and our accountant. None of them sell information; none of them are used for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file. You can ask us to delete it. Email us at hola@calabaza-cantina.com and we will respond within five business days, per Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
